Perhaps they heal each other? Or perhaps if they don't, they should.
Love one another and help others to rise to the higher levels, simply by pouring out love. Love is infectious and the greatest healing energy.
This question has been rolling around in my head for some time now. Who heals the healer? They aren't indestructible, they hurt too and they need as much as the wounded. In fact they are wounded from the beginning of their journey it would seem. This is part of what gives them the ability to heal in the way that they do. That being said, it's not for the healer to give alone. There must be some sort of exchange.
The Curse of The Blessed
There they are, The one's who aide and care and work for those who need.
They are the nurturers, they're not everyone and they are not everywhere.
If everyone were a nurturer and healer there would be no need.
It's these ones that toil in your tears needs and sorrows.
When the night time calls of desperation, sadness and pain come.
It's these few that pick up the call.
When they are needed, they act, they heal and there's no hesitation.
In their very breath, they heal, with their gaze, they heal.
Their touch brings calm, brings love, brings peace.
These few who bare the signs of the Mother,
No matter their form, no matter.
It's time to remember that these few need too.
They are strength beyond strength, but they need holding.
Need of nurturing. Needing the same healing that they give.
No one sees, no one takes note, no one comes.
It's easier to make the call than to accept it.
So the healers heals themselves.
We need to be healed and nurtured from outside as much as the next.
The embrace cannot be their own, and yet, so often it is.
The beauty and the sting in this is the truth.
We begin in this world alone,
We end in this world alone.
Heal Thyself and Love Thyself.
It is the simplest, most intricate events in this life that cultivate slowly to make the greatest things happen. These small weavings through time are a treasures we often overlook. Walk each moment in a way that leaves you whole and not wanting. Not always the way it goes but surely the way most rewarding, most memorable and most pleasing when hindsight sits at your feet, beckoning you to understand the lesson.
