We live in a world where society conflicts it's messages to us. We should be recycling everything and yet everything is disposable, replaceable, and instant gratification is the key to our demise. Because things are made disposable, they need to be made in a way that doesn't comply with our health or body chemistry and we are left with very little reasonable options to choose from as healthy alternatives.
I found one new-to-me, healthy alternative to what's offered to women and I'm very pleased with it so I have to share. Men if you're squeamish please get over it. Women if you don't like talking about this...get over it as well. There is no shame, it's time we all grow, learn and share our experiences, Especially one's that are normal, natural and unavoidable. Like a woman's cycle.
Everyone run!!! She's talking about her menstrual cycle!!!!
It's been 2 weeks since my first post about having toxic mold exposure. I have been working to correct the issue on my own. Some think this is ridiculous, whereas I look at the modern alternative to what I've chosen, thinking that is surely the definition of insane. Steroids that won't help but harm by compromising and weakening my immune system and whatever other chemical of the year they chose to use us as a guinea pig for. No thanks.
However, as we see mainstream media debunk the world of natural healing, it's only because lost in the midst of all the truly helpful healers out there, there are still those 'businesses' that have no true idea about what optimal health actually means. It would seem that some are only there to make money and not to be looking out for their customers best interests. Today's blog deals with my most recent experience with such a company.
